In addition we can reduce the administration for the owner to virtually nothing and provide a bookings diary for them to view whenever required. All monies are paid direct to the owner for each booking we get and we just check receipt and invoice for our services once a deposit has been paid.

We can advise on the best way to maximise your rates by making key changes to your offering, and also understand the holiday market well enough to be able advise you how much you should be charging for late deals and hard to book weeks, so we can get reservation levels up quickly.
