If you want to enjoy your holiday home and not get involved with the stress of bookings, the constantly changing diary, constant calls, emails and general administration nightmare involved with getting reservations sorted, we can take all this pain away.

Our charges for our extremely flexible and professional offering are only 10.00% per week (of the rental rate) booked on the basis you have given us 26 to 52 weeks of any calendar year.

MYO is different because we do not try to be all things to all men. We do not clean pools, clean villas, paint buildings, pest control or anything apart from promote privately owned holiday properties, guest houses and hotels, professionally and competitively maximising the bookings you get. We can however in some instances recommend a strategic partner for a variety of these services if required - please contact us for information.

We will promote and market your holiday home through a variety of media and channels and then handle your bookings diary for you. If you need assitance maximising your revenue we can advise what to offer as part of your holiday let package that increases income for minimum outlay.

Once we have optimised your rates we can then start promoting your holiday home to get the bookings as soon as possible. You tell us the weeks you want reserved for you and your family and friends, and any special rates you want to offer and we do the rest. We will ensure all monies are paid direct to you for all bookings we get and we will maintain your bookings diary.
